It was great to welcome both familiar faces and new colleagues to the FSD Company Conference in January.

The day and a half event brought together team members from across the UK, providing a valuable opportunity to meet face to face in a business where people are often working across different locations and projects.

The programme included knowledge sharing sessions, small group discussions, and an important presentation covering current health and safety matters. These sessions encouraged collaboration and gave teams the chance to exchange ideas and experiences.
