FSD Mech were established in 2012 to supplement FSD’s existing capabilities. We offer a complete pipework design, manufacture, supply and installation package service to the Water, Petrochemical and Process/Manufacturing Industries.

Design using the Solid Works 3D package with production of fabrication and installation drawings. Our dedicated Design Team are co-located with our fabrication facility, giving FSD the ability to design and fabricate in the same location.
Approximately 7,000 sq ft of production space with an 8T overhead crane at our premises near Birmingham. In-house fabrication for pipework, supports, light steelwork, brackets and skid-mounted equipment.
Full site installation service including pressure testing and lifting operations with FSD’s own Appointed Person. Transport using FSD’s own vehicles and specialist transport where required.
Flexible service options including Supply Only fabrication to client-supplied drawings, and Installation Only for free issue pipework, plant and equipment including crane plans and site personnel.
